The Warehouse at 520 West 20th Street Elijah Equities

520 West 20th Street, The Warehouse, is a four-story historical gem along New York City’s High Line in Chelsea. It was masterfully designed by renowned architect Morris Adjmi, who achieved the ideal symbiotic relationship between the original structures and new contemporary elements.

The main concept for the branding process was to construct a new modern identity of the warehouse, while combining the original aesthetic elements. The Conway team built the logo and visual identity from scratch with a customized font, futuristic stencil typography, and copper color tone.
