When DTH Capital launched a Lower Manhattan project consisting of three buildings with over 1,500 apartment rental units, they needed the right brand identity and a way to connect the separate buildings. Starting with The Crest located a 63 Wall Street, Conway+Partners created a simple but beautiful look that perfectly complemented the building’s harmony of classic form and modern construction.
After creating the branding for The Crest, we went on to build its website. The project was such a success that DTH Capital asked us to design and develop websites for their other two buildings in the Financial District, 67 Wall and Twenty Exchange. Our digital team took the three different brands of the buildings and tied them together with a similar design layout to ensure there was a clear connection between the rental addresses. The sites also contained a fully customized appointment calendar so prospective clients could easily book appointments to see the units. When all was said and done, the campaign was a huge success for DTH Capital.
