The Willow Club is an exclusive membership club offering New York City’s most coveted high-class services, from private yacht rides and VIP seats at the US Open, to personal shoppers and stays at swanky European resorts. Conway+Partners, in collaboration with AVC, was selected to shape the club’s carefully targeted sales experience in order to spur an interest in the company’s high-end value proposition. We met the challenge head-on, creating an impactful communication game plan that included a walk-through interactive sales center experience, and sleek, cutting edge iPad app with user profiling functionalities that gave the brand the distinguished and personalized feel it needed to level-up to an even more elite status.
