We’re currently looking to grow our creative team by adding an amazing Senior Designer with at least five or more years of experience. The ideal designer for this role is someone who has an incredible mix of both talent/ability and work ethic, as well as someone who can rise to the challenge and work on projects outside their wheelhouse/comfort zone. We’re looking for a designer who can think strategically to make sure their creative is on point, and can also think outside to box in order to push their work, their clients, and us beyond the creative brief.
The Senior Designer’s role is to oversee the creative process throughout the life of a project, from concept to completion, for both print and digital collateral. The ability to liaise with the accounts team and apply effective time management skills will be just as important as one’s design abilities; C+P prides itself on delivering effective design solutions and never missing a deliverable. Although C+P is headquartered in NYC we have international offices that we are in communication with every day, the Senior Designer must be comfortable collaborating with international team members on a regular basis.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned graphic designer with an emphasis on branding and print but should have a good balance of digital (UI/UX) skills as well. Bonus points if you have experience in or are excited to work on other kinds of projects like editorial layout or illustration.
