How Conway 3D+ Created a 3D Interactive Model of the Sustainable and Future-Driven, 334,000-square foot, 17XM Building 06.25.2021

Conway 3D+ created a complete interactive 3D model that allows you to visually experience, rotate, and discover 17XM’s most differential features. 

What’s more, the model shows the entrance to the building, which you can access by foot, car and bicycle, and animated for you to see in real-time the circulation flow and highlight the two-way traffic access on 17th Street.

Built on 17xM’s four core design principles, the model was created to represent the lobby’s most notable features:

Smart Design and Sustainability

This includes touchless access to the building, a robust cell DAS system, private outdoor terraces, a rooftop conference center, and MERV 13 filtration and the ability to operate HVAC system with 100% outdoor air (DOAHS).  

Double Height Potential

With the ability to connect floors and open up the space, the 17XM floor plates allow for maximum ceiling potential to customize the tenant’s needs on particular floors. 

Vehicular Layby 

17XM offers a covered layby for private cars and rideshare drop off — which makes it safe and convenient for you to access the neighborhood. 

Increased Light

The 17XM design shape allows for an abundance of natural light to come in due to 23% additional window line, compared to a rectangular box-shaped office building.
