A New Communication Style for the Rudin Residential Portfolio 07.06.2020
Tasked with marketing the Rudin residential portfolio, we developed a communications strategy for print and digital platforms. We decided to run a test on an advertising campaign for three-bedroom apartments in the Upper East Side and ran creative advertising placements in the New York Times’ digital and print real estate sections. The test was a success, and we continue to run ongoing residential ad campaigns across digital platforms, alongside our media partner.
Our efforts include:
-Creation of an exclusive page for all apartment listings, including an easy-to-use search tool and contact forms
-A comprehensive digital ad campaign including Google Ads and Social Ads
-Careful tracking of campaign leads on Rudin.com and the residential CRM
