Collaborating with Rudin on its response strategy amidst the Covid-19 situation 07.06.2020
Conway+Partners worked together with Rudin Management Company to create communication materials and on-site signage for the Rudin response strategy amidst the Covid-19 situation. A client-agency Task Force was created to work efficiently and in a timely manner with consideration to New York’s phased pandemic guidelines.
Our team worked on landing pages and collateral for each of the office buildings. These had all “returning to the office” preparations and protocols to ensure that tenants, visitors, and building employees were aware of new requirements, in anticipation of the office re-entry phase. On-site signage was also designed in order to make the protocols clear to those attending the buildings.
A special vivid, non-branded color was selected for all “Covid-related” messages in order to make them stand out and have people recognize these as something “different and separate” from the brand. We used simple and straightforward iconography, graphics, and text to provide clear, efficient, and consistent communication across all materials.
