Flushing’s Tangram House is Now 95% Sold, See What’s Left as Team Prepares for Phase II 09.07.2018

Near the western gateway of the neighborhood is Tangram House, a transformative 1.2 million square foot development composed of condominium residences, retail, office, and hotel space. This week, the “East meets West” development team led by F&T Group and SCG America announced that the 192 residences of Tangram’s first phase are now 95% sold.
