A proud symbol of NY, 3 Times Square is a 30-story, 28,000 to 35,000-square foot Rudin legacy jewel set within the vibrancy of Times Square. Conway+ had the idea of positioning 3 Times Square as an aspirational oasis, a place of innovation and human-centric design that brings out your best self, in the heart of the “beautiful chaos”.

Furthermore, Conway+Digital created the website, an ad animation signage on one of the largest screens in Times Square, and a corporate video, which takes you behind the scenes of the history and inspiration of the building. Lastly, Conway 3D’s most compelling work involved exterior renderings, animations, and dissected elevation, among others, which will be displayed on the leasing gallery floor.
