Conway+ joined GM Capital’s team, along with prestigious architecture, interior design and landscape studios, to create a brand identity and strategy introducing the Distrito Armida to target markets.
Developed in 5 stages, including residential, commercial and retail components, each stage was given its own signature style of design and tone. As a point of brand impact, Conway+ designed a full suite of marketing collateral, including 3D animations and fly-through video to allow prospective buyers to immerse themselves in the property.
