Flushing Commons F&T

Emphasizing quality, integrity, and environmental sensitivity, the professionals at F&T Group, The Rockefeller Group, and AECOM Capital introduced a new standard of luxury in Flushing, New York. This 1.8 million square foot multi-phased mixed-use development, designed by Perkins Eastman, was built by Tishman Construction.

With a unique sense for design and unparalleled attention to detail, Flushing Commons is the result of a vision conceived by three partners at the top of their respective fields. Conway+Partners was asked to join this dynamic team to provide branding and marketing support, along with art direction and feedback for architectural drawings and renderings.

Conway+Partners worked alongside the Flushing Commons development team to create a complex, comprehensive branding and marketing program. The branding concept for Flushing Commons was created in collaboration with all key stakeholders, which we then used across a wide swath of materials and brand experiences, including an interactive sales gallery, full scale model, teaser and full website, renderings, brochures, floor plans, and more. We also brought value to the overall project vision by providing interior design recommendations.

Flushing Commons facilitates economic advancement and growth in a community on the rise. To highlight the symbiotic relationship between the development and the neighborhood, Conway+Partners worked with F&T Group and its partners to create a communications strategy that gave equal weight to the residences, the surrounding neighborhood, and the cultural values of the Flushing community.
