The Harwood District began in 1984 with the opening of the Rolex building, Uptown Dallas’ first office development. Developed by the globally acclaimed Harwood International, the district covers more than 2 million square feet of premier class AA office, residential and retail space set with a park-like campus with garden and art-filled lobbies. Harwood International tapped Conway+Partners to create a branding system that featured Harwood District.
