The rise of Hessah District was epic. Conway+ took the opportunity to pioneer a new and elegant chapter in the future of modern Kuwait living. With a target audience poised for new levels of emotive creativity, never-before-experienced in the country’s capital, Conway+ designed a human-centric brand and fully-integrated marketing launch that would match the architectural magnitude of this project’s community-centered ecosystem. Part of what we gave to Hessah District includes two key branding elements: an icon based on a fingerprint, one of the strongest symbols of identity known to man, and “Connections Reimagined”, the story of a district set to radically change the way people live, work, and relax in Kuwait forever.

Hessah District is the first-ever comprehensive mixed-use district in Kuwait, uniquely located overlooking the Arabian Gulf. Developed by United Real Estate Company, one of the leading real estate developers in Kuwait and the MENA region, it’s an innovative urban cluster that combines high-end residential towers and townhouses, serviced apartments, offices, medical clinics, local stores, fine dining restaurants, and high-end retail stores.
