Red Hoek Point is a 7.7 acre office campus under development in Brooklyn, owned by Thor Equities and designed by Foster + Partners. This high-profile community includes vast open floor plates, green spaces by SCAPE/Landscape Architecture, and vibrant amenities.
Conway+Partners was asked to join the team as the branding and marketing partner, and worked closely with key stakeholders to develop collateral that captures the dynamic, innovative building.
Conway+Partners found inspiration in the cutting-edge sustainable design and construction of the campus. The brochure, delivered in branded cloth bags, features a cover inspired by the cutting-edge timber used in the building. The copy and positioning statements created by Conway+Partners pulled from the numerous sustainability and wellness benefits considered in the construction of the building, providing a fresh perspective on workplace architecture.
In order to fully tell the story of the project and its location, Conway+Partners designed and developed a content-rich website outlining the buildings unique features and includes an animated neighborhood map. Additional efforts to educate brokers and prospective tenants included a custom lunch drop featuring branded collateral and meals from local eateries.
