Skyline Tower Risland

The tallest condo tower in Long Island City, Skyline Tower offers residents an elevated lifestyle with high-end modern design, 360° views, and a 5-minute commute to Manhattan.

In collaboration with developer Risland and prominent brokerage firm Modern Spaces, Conway+ created a brand identity and marketing strategy to introduce the luxury development to the market.

After designing a modern and sophisticated branding system based on a customized, eclectic typographic composition, Conway+ developed comprehensive launch strategy inclusive of an engaging, user-friendly website paired with dynamic email marketing and digital ad campaigns. A custom neighborhood newspaper was written and produced by our team, driving interest in the location and highlighting the neighborhood’s hot spots. To generate leasing activity, Conway+ delivered a full leasing gallery experience, including interior display design and production, scale model design and production, iPad app, visualizer tool and lightboxes.
