As a luxury residence deeply rooted in the culture of its Tribeca location, the team behind 15 Leonard came to us for a new identity and full website development, including quality imagery and content designed to showcase its hyper-local flair. Recognizing the perfect representation of our target market, we told the story of 15 Leonard through the eyes of the developer’s own family, casting them as the models for our custom photo shoot and positioning 15 Leonard as a project with heart.

Conway+Partners provided photo shoot coordination, illustrations, strategic messaging, sidewalk fencing, and a book-format brochure with original copy by essayist Pete Hamill. This is a story about a developer who builds a residence good enough for his own family – which is exactly what 15 Leonard is. The family plans to move into one of the units when the project is complete.
