Sales Launch For The Benny At 77 Clarkson Avenue In Prospect Lefferts Gardens, Brooklyn 12.24.2019

REAL New York has launched sales for The Benny, a new condominium building in Prospect Lefferts Gardens, Brooklyn. Located at 77 Clarkson Avenue, the development contains 44 homes designed by architecture firm ROART. Residences include 35 one-bedroom and nine two-bedroom units, with pricing starting at $550,000.

Each apartment features large floor-to-ceiling windows and loft-like open floor plans. All units are outfitted in natural finishes including white oak hardwood floors, matte-white cabinetry, and polished white quartz kitchen countertops. Select residences will also include private outdoor terraces.

Amenity spaces within the building will include a ground-floor fitness center, a roof deck and other communal lounge areas, bike storage, on-site parking, and an outdoor Zen garden.

“We are not interested in trends or creating ‘wow’ spaces just for the sake of it,” said Ran Oron, founder of ROART. “For us, each building has its own personality, which reveals itself through dialogue—the dialogue between you and the space itself.”

The Benny will open for occupancy in 2020.
