We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will lead the design process from concept to execution, demonstrating a keen understanding of industry trends, client needs, and project requirements. As a Senior Interior Designer, you will contribute your expertise to elevate our projects and contribute to the overall success and reputation of our company.


Responsibilities:

-Project Leadership: Lead the design team through all phases of interior design projects, ensuring high-quality and innovative solutions.Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.

-Conceptualization and Design Development: Develop and present design concepts that align with client goals and project requirements. Oversee the creation of detailed design drawings, mood boards, and presentations.

-Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients and it's teams to understand their vision, preferences, and functional needs.Effectively communicate design concepts, incorporating client feedback to achieve project success.

-Material and Finishes Selection: Research and select appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings to achieve the desired aesthetic and functionality.

-Budget and Timeline Management: Ensure projects are completed within established budgets and timelines, collaborating with project managers to monitor progress. It's a plus working with a tight schedules.

-Technical Proficiency: Utilize industry-standard software for design presentations, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.Preferable use of Keynote or PPT.

-Stay Informed on Industry Trends: Stay abreast of current design trends, materials, and technologies, integrating innovative ideas into projects.

-Art & Lighting knowledge: Technical lighting knowledge is a plus. Same with art curation knowledge.


Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture or a related field.
-Proven experience as a lead designer on a variety of commercial and residential projects.
-Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and project types.
-Excellent communication and presentation skills.
-Architecture Visualization knowledge is a plus.
