We are seeking a creative and talented UX/UI Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will design visually appealing, engaging, user-friendly websites and digital products that elevate brands and user experiences. This role involves working closely with project managers, developers, marketing teams, and stakeholders to bring innovative ideas to life, solving for the digital communication needs of a brand.


Responsibilities:

-Establish visual concepts and aesthetics for websites, newsletters, and other digital assets while adhering to UX/UI best practices.
-Create high-fidelity prototypes and mockups to communicate design concepts and functionalities effectively.
-Design website pages and screens using proper grids and responsive applications.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
-Fully oversee the implementation of a website to ensure the final product aligns with design vision.
-Research, curate, and prepare website content, ensuring it maintains a polished, cohesive final presentation.
-Ensure designs are consistent across all of a brand’s online communications.
-Work closely with the brand team to ensure that digital designs are aligned with the overall brand vision.
-Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in design and UX/UI.


Requirements:

-Proven experience as a UX/UI designer, website designer, or similar role, with a portfolio of completed projects.
-Excellent visual design skills, with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
-Familiarity with animation tools or interactive design elements.
-Knowledge of digital marketing and development terminology.
-Ability to handle several projects with limited deadlines.
-Proficiency in design software such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
-Excellent communication skills and the ability to present ideas to diverse teams.
-Initiative and self-motivation.
-Be collaborative and effective working with teams.
-Must speak fluent English and Spanish.
