Developed by Skanska, Capitol Tower reflects a shift towards a newer, younger, and greener Houston. Soaring at 35 stories and 775,000 RSF of office and retail space, Capitol Tower is a dynamic, future-proof and amenity filled office tower at the center of downtown Houston.
Conway+Partners joined the Skanska team to breathe new life in the building’s brand, reinvigorating the color palette and adding illustrated motifs to give the collateral a more modern feel. The Agency also re-designed the website to be more in-line with the new branding, and developed a number of unique animations and visualizers to appeal to a more youthful, creative tenant.
