With architecture by Cremean Arquitecto and interior design by Gianfranco Ferré, The One is the only development of its kind in Puebla to benefit from such a high caliber collaboration. Channeling all marketing collateral toward a mature and successful target, Conway+Partners took the lead on a highly aspirational brand positioning, anchored in The Art of Perfection, and a haute couture visual identity to mirror Ferré’s unmistakable seal.
