Casa Candina is a state-of-the-art building, located in Condado, one of the most exclusive neighborhoods in San Juan, Puerto Rico, overlooking one of the island’s most beautiful and sought after urban beach strips. Envisioned by Interlink, Puerto Rico’s leading developer, Casa Candina is a residential project, designed with sustainability in mind.
Conway+Partners developed a brand positioning statement to enhance Condado’s family appeal. Our brand concept, “Where Life is an Exquisite Work of Art,” taps into the location’s artistic history to connect with residents on a deeper level.
