Harwood District Harwood International Year: 2018

  • The Harwood District began in 1984 with the opening of the Rolex building, Uptown Dallas’ first office development. Developed by globally acclaimed Harwood International, the district covers more than 2 million square feet of premier class AA office, residential, and retail space set within a park-like campus with garden and art-filled lobbies.
  • Harwood International and Conway+Partners worked together to create a new website that featured Harwood District as a regional point of destination. Conway+Partners redesigned Harwood’s cow icon, representative of their Swiss heritage, and created a new color palette, typography and key messaging to reflect the sophistication of the district. The branding of Harwood District now personifies the energy that people experience whether they live, work, dine or enjoy all that Harwood District has to offer.
