The Warehouse at 520 West 20th Street Elijah Equities

Elijah Equities tapped Morris Adjmi as the architect for the reimagination of an original apparel manufacturing factory adjacent to the Highline. Adjmi added a three-story, steel-framed addition to the building, which includes glass enclosed conference spaces and ample rooftop green space.

Conway+Partners worked in collaboration with the Knight Frank New York team to develop an integrated marketing approach and a brand from the ground up with naming, logo design, brochure design, gifting, and a short marketing film together with a marketing campaign.

Conway+Partners joined in on collaborative work sessions with Elijah Equities, the leasing team at Newmark Knight Frank, and Morris Adjmi to create a brand narrative that supported the innovative work being done on this historic building. Conway+Partners infused the brand with vibrant pops of green to represent the Highline, and a vintage typeset that paid homage to the factory’s past.

The brochure, a large, coffee table book-style, was delivered to top brokers in a wooden crate designed by Conway+Partners, which echoed the building’s past as a manufacturing and shipping hub. Each box was hand-inscribed with the recipient’s name. In addition, a large scale website was designed and developed by the Agency.
